If you wish to return the garment/s you have ordered for any reason, simply email or phone us with your name and address or email address, any invoice details that came with your order, and the reason for returning the item/s. We will then send you an alternative style or size or quickly refund the cost of the purchase once the products have been returned to us.
Clearance items –
You cannot return, exchange or receive store credit for clearance items.
Garments received from Seabird Swimwear may be returned for exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- Garments which are in original condition and have their tags attached may be returned for immediate exchange or refund if they do not fit, you do not like them or if you change your mind about the style or colour. (Please return within 21 days of purchase)
- Garments which are used, soiled, washed or are in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted.
- No credit will be given for post and handling charges, or customs charges at the country of receipt.
